He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard McKinney and Elsie May Parkinson McKinney; and his siblings, Jack, Dave McKinney and Ruby Parson.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth DeHaven McKinney; his children, Kevin McKinney (Anissa) and Pam Coates; his grandchildren, Cody McKinney (Catlin), Travis Coates (Tiffany), Lincoln Morgan (TJ) and Sheridan McKinney; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Brantley, Addisyn McKinney, McKinley, Mason Coates and Finley Morgan; and his siblings, Richard McKinney (Dottie), Jenny Hutzler, Wanda Morrison, Mary Parson and Linda Parson.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
Born October 25, 1941 in Martinsburg, WV he was the son of the late Leonard and Elsie May Parkinson McKinney.
