With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Dale Riggs of Hedgesville, West Virginia, who passed away on February 3, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald William Riggs and Geraldine Marie Hedges Riggs; and his brother Donald Shirley Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Lynette Michael (Robert) and Michelle Riggs Hess; his sister Mona Jean DeHaven; his grandchildren, Matthew Hess (Stacey), Ashleigh Lapole (Justice), Annalissa Michael Gilbert (James) and Arianna Hess; and his great grandchild Franceska Gilbert. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
