She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonathan Taylor and Bonnie Schlack Taylor. She is survived by: her daughter Chynna Sandlin (Jared Foster); her grandchildren, Brantlee Huff and Hadley Foster; and her siblings, Robert Howell of Cocoa, FL, Michael Howell of Hagerstown, MD, Ralph Howell, Jr. of Dickerson, MD, Randy Howell of New Smyrna, FL and Mary Howell of Martinsburg, WV..

Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives. Interment will be private.
