He is survived by: his wife Gail Partsch (Ross); his children, Kenneth Partsch Jr. (Jodi), Michael Partsch (Sara), Michelle Partsch Evans, Lisa Butler (Mike), Kimberly Partsch Carter (Richard Lau), Kathryn Partsch Tapscott, Karissa Altizer (Rich), Krystin Partsch (Bob Marcou) and Sandra Jervey Ross; and his sister Rose Marie Blickenstaff. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren.
