He is survived by: his parents, Michelle Nicole Evans of Falling Waters, WV and David Wayne DeHaven of Hedgesville; his brother Edward William Wayne DeHaven of Hedgesville; his grandparents, Susan Michelle Sibole of Hedgesville, William Wayne DeHaven, Sr. of Gerrardstown, WV and Sandra Kay Smith of Hedgesville; and his great-grandparents, Carol Ann Sibole of Williamsport, MD and Betty Lou Smith of Gerrardstown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
