He was predeceased by: his father Elwood Edward; his wife Mary Ann Deshong Risinger; his children, Dennis Bishop and Debbie Grapes; and his siblings, Bonnie Kay Murphy, Mary Lou Largent, Diane Risinger, Janet Householder and Thomas Risinger.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Elwood Risinger (Teressa) of Berkeley Springs, Travis Edward Risinger (Billie Jo) of Berkeley Springs, Rocky Bishop II (June) of Clear Spring, MD, Terry Bishop (Diane) of Williamsport, MD and Tony Bishop of Hedgesville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
