He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Leonard and Irene Luczak Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Janice Phares; his children, Glenn M. III (Donna Hess Leonard) of Hedgesville, WV and Melody Spaulding of Fayetteville, NC; his grandchildren, Andrew Leonard Hedgesville, Kyle (Brittany Leonard) of Berkeley Springs and Logan Spaulding of Lynchburg, VA; his half-sisters, Judy Chestlock of Ashtabula, Irene Notarianni of Ashtabula and Denise Hecht of Ashtabula; and also Artie Brown.
