He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Eugene Leonard, III and Viola Mae Holben; and his wife Margaret Marie Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Franklin Eugene Leonard, Andrew Warren Leonard, Patricia Teter, Kimberly Moore and Angela Garcia; and his siblings, Richard Leonard "Butch", Daniel Leonard "Danny", Glen Leonard, Beatrice McKinney, Kathy Butler and Louise Whittington. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
