Michael III of Slanesville, WV, Timothy Scott Michael of Hedgesville, WV and Tammy Michele Knepper of Berkeley Springs, WV; his siblings, Gail of Texas, Julie of Texas, Denise of Texas and Kenneth Michael of Martinsburg, WV; and his cousin Linda Sue Jenkins. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
