It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Rhoe of Hedgesville, West Virginia, born in Cherry Run, West Virginia, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Max B. Rhoe. She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Lyn Rhoe; her niece Karen Bayer Walling; and her brother-in-law G. W. Bayer, Jr..
