She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Allen and Ruth; her husband Harry E. Phillips; her son William E. Phillips; her close friend Edra Tafert (Ernie); and her friend Charles W. Hopkins.
She is survived by: her children, April Phillips Kint (Scott), Lillian Phillips, Harry "Tinker" Phillips (Misty) and Philip Phillips. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
