She is survived by: her husband Vernon Lafayette Cartwright; her daughters, Kennetha of Washington and Keisha of Washington; her grandchildren, Shantea Burrs, Ryan Burrs, Kenneth Burrs, Olivia of Washington, Charlotte of Washington and Serenity of Washington; and her brothers, Grant Sawyer and Robert Sawyer. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
