He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Preston Fouke, Jr. and Joan Agatha Forsyth Fouke of Hagerstown. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lynne (Roberti); his daughter Janet Alisabeth "Betsy" Haines (Matthew); his grandchildren, Melanie and James Haines; and his siblings, Ola Vee Jones (Mike) and Jay Alec Fouke.
The family has requested NO FLOWERS PLEASE due to allergies. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Gideon's International Berkeley County Camp; Mason Dixon Youth for Christ; or Samaritan's Purse.
