With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Dugan of Hedgesville, West Virginia, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on November 27, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Kenneth Wasson and Mary Lee Butler Wasson; and her brother Kenneth D. Wasson. She is survived by: her husband Larry Dugan; her daughters, Gina Popham (Phillip) and Jennifer Long (Allen); her granddaughter Avery Popham; and her sisters, Jeanie Dugan (Trammell) and Laurie Wasson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Inwood Family Worship Center, 28 Lafayette Ln, Inwood, WV 25428.
