We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2024, at the age of 83, Arthur Bradley Joe of Hedgesville, West Virginia, born in Queens, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Arthur may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Arthur touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Marie Joe; his brother Daniel Joe; his stepson Jeff Hovis; and his granddaughter Susan Hartz. He is survived by: his son Kevin Joe (Carrie); his stepsons, Curtis Hovis (Valerie) and Michael Hovis (Colleen); and his brother Richard Joe (Mary). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
