He is survived by: his children, Billy Joe Stalnaker (Tamara) of Heaters, WV, John Stalnaker (Beth) of Heaters, WV, Rodney Gail Stalnaker of Heaters, WV and Dottie Burns (Jim) of Heaters, WV; his grandchildren, Joey Stalnaker (Jessica), Brittney Stalnaker, Courtney Duckworth (Doug), Dillon Stalnaker, Desarah Stalnaker, Chasity Ware (Jason) and Crystal Burns; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Natalie, Emma, Lilly, Caleb, Tori, Addison, Lana, Maisic, Zaelynn and Jack Stalnaker of Sutton, WV; his sister Jerry Mae Wandling of Heaters, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Stalnaker, Nobie Holly and Dale Groff.
