He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Clara Johnson (Singleton); his wife Marsha Johnson of Heaters, WV; his children, Chad Johnson (Cindy) of Burnsville, WV, Matt Bailey (Ashley) of Hurricane, WV and Jessica Oliver (Steven) of Cannonsburg, PA; his siblings, Vivian Wood (Rick) of Moravian Falls, NC, Carol Grubb (Dale) of Bristol, VA, Clarence Johnson of Heaters, WV and Neil Johnson (Sandi) of Flatwoods; and his grandchildren, Cody Johnson, Asa, Soren and Elijah Oliver. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other family and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stockert Funeral Home (378 Flatwoods Corner Rd, Flatwoods, WV 26621).
