It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald O'Dell Jamison (Heaters, West Virginia), who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Jamison and Myrtle Jamison; and his siblings, Paul, Dale, Basil, Roger, Randall Jamison, Omar Bosley, Oralea Gerwig and Leragean Rowh.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Jamison (Nicholson); his grandchildren, Leslie Truman (Jake), Jamie Brown (Tiffany), Staci Stoneberger (Chris), Michael Jamison (Amy), Ashlee Dangerfield (Jon), Dakota Johnson, Corey Roberts, Cami Roberts, Cassidy Jamison and Morgan Jamison; and also, Judie Brown (Jimmy), Jack Jamison (Carol), Crystal Johnson (Jeff), Connie Roberts and Vince Jamison (Robin). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A reception was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stump Chapel Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Little Kanawha Cemetery.
