He is survived by: his wife Emma Dillow; his children, Brenda Koon (Charles Koon II) of Fairmont, Bobbie Dillow (Edward Vanscoy) of Haywood, Diana Smith (Micheal) of Clarksburg and Robert Dillow II of Haywood; and his siblings, James Dillow of Meadowbrook, Martha Ramsey of Fairmont and Roberta Westfall of North Carolina. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
