He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Watts and Maxine Watts; his wife Darlene Watts; his son Anthony Watts; his siblings, Steven Watts and Gaynelle Boling; his brother-in-law Frank Fulton; and his half-brother Lonnie Brumfield.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Hager (Orla); his siblings, Davanna Duty (Bob), Molly Fulton and Randall Watts (Sharon); his grandchildren, Kirstein Hager and Wesley Watts; and his nieces and nephews, Delores Kessler (Denny), Natasha Duty (Mike), Brandy Meadows (Eric), Hope Fulton, Katrina Watts, Kristal Finley (Darren), Jeremy Fulton (April), Randall Watts (Tanya), Shawn Watts and Eddie Watts.
