He is survived by: his wife Wilda Jean Moore of Harts; his children, Sharlene Moore of Harts, Patricia Moore of Seth, WV, Eddie Moore of Harts, Rickey Moore (Dreama) of Big Creek, Phillip Moore (Regina) of Chapmanville and Ronald Moore of Harts; his siblings, Lola Booth (Sis), Naomi Moore, Ottie Billups, Belle Porter (Harold) and Percy Moore; his grandchildren, Shannon Moore, Christopher Meeks, Nick Moore, Tiffany Toney (Cameron), Phillip Moore Jr., Katlin Moore, Adrionna Carter, Danielle Moore and Kobain Moore; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Moore, Haven Meeks, Memphis Meeks, Bentley Toney, Nova Toney and Braxton Gillum.
