She is survived by: her husband Ronald Adkins; her daughters, Tiffany Adams (Michael), Kaylin Hall (Zack) and Rhonda Grantham (Jesse); her siblings, Ella Adkins, Diana Woodrum, Cloretta Dalton and Teddy Gillenwater (Rita); her grandchildren, Adrianna Grantham, Alexander Grantham, Addyson Grantham, Zackary Hall, Penny Hall and Destiny Hall; and her mother-in-law Lucille Adkins.
