He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Tomblin and Ina Tomblin; and his siblings, Opie, Kenneth, Arthur Tomblin, Hedy Adkins and Mildred Dalton.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Tomblin; his children, Odie Tomblin (Sabrina) of Harts, Jason Tomblin (Cassandra) of Harts and Stephanie Vance (William) of Chapmanville; his grandchildren, Grace Keffer, Kaylee Tomblin, Sy Tomblin and Josie Adkins; and his sisters, Sandra Kirk (Roger), Madgelene Mullins, Joann McCloud and Geri Wright (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Masks will be mandatory for the services.
