He is survived by: his wife Tina Marie Mullins; his daughter Jessica Mullins; his son-in-law Joshua Withrow; his siblings, Michael Mullins (Barb), Jesse-Ray Mullins (Debbie), Freelin Randall Mullins and Earsie Mann; his brother-in-law Gary Adams; and his niece Courtnay Mata.
