He is survived by: his mother Carrie Tafoya (Collins); his children, Shelby Tafoya, Dakota Tafoya and Noah Keith Tafoya; his sister Hilah Nickel; his grandchild Teaghan; his aunts and uncles, Gilbert (Connie Collins), Elbert Jr. (Dorothy Collins), Melinda Workman, Gary (Jean Collins), Phyllis Collins and Carlyn Comilla; and his nieces and nephews, Ciara Chokan, Luke Chokan and Nevaeh Orme.
