He is survived by: his daughters, Micah Davis of Chapmanville, WV and Allysandra Adkins of Ohio; his sister Sherry Workman Marshall (John) of Lake Zurich, IL; his uncles, Clyde "Bub" Workman Jr. of Harts, WV, Gene and Russell Adkins (Patty Lycans); his aunt Rachel Dingess; his nephew Kenneth Nathan Wentz of Ohio; and his siblings, Clyde "Bubby" Workman III and Amanda Workman of Harts.
