He is survived by: his mother-in-law Georgia Dalton (Dingess); his wife Narlene Mullins (Dalton); his sons, Johnny Allen Mullins Jr. of Harts, WV and Andy Mullins (Alicia) of Prichard, WV; his granddaughters, Harper Penelope and Hazel Patryce Mullins; and his siblings, Warren Mullins of Harts, WV, Ethel Williamson of Reynoldsburg, OH and Olga Coots of Columbus, OH..
