He was predeceased by: his parents, William David and Odessa Manns (Gartin); his son Nicholas Manns; his grandparents, Silas, Carrie Gartin, Will and Emma Manns; his brother Jerry Manns; his nephew Ryan Manns; and his parents-in-law, Oscar and Sylvia Williamson.
He is survived by: his son Randall Manns (Michele); his siblings, Cathy Frye (Arthur Jr) and Ernest Manns (Robin); his sister-in-law Patty Manns; his granddaughter Kairi Manns; his close friends, Stanley Ramey and Paul Carter; and the mother of his children Hazel Kangas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
