He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Blair Sr. and Murlin Salyers Blair; and his brothers, Jackie Lee Blair of Harts, WV. and Kyle Blair of Harts, WV.. He is survived by: his sisters, Dora Workman of Logan, WV, Lucy Sparks of Foley, AL and Helene Farley (Jennings) of Harts, WV.. He is also survived by nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews.
Due to COVID, the family will celebrate Jesse's life with a graveside service at the Blair Family Cemetery in Harts, WV on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 2pm.
