He is survived by: his children, Staphanie Denise Justice and Billy Dale Fugate; his sisters, Carol Dillion (Dale) of Tennessee, Mary Adkins (Phil) of Big Harts, WV, Catherine "Cat" Walker (James), Tina Fugate (Noble) of Hawthorne and Jean Collins (Gary) of Buck Fork, WV; his grandchildren, Austin Ray Gary Fugate and Brooklyn Page Justice; his daughter-in-law Lora Keyser Fugate; and his aunts, Essie Watts (Raymond) and Bessie Watts (Delbert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
