She is survived by: her husband James Isaac Carter of Harts, WV; her daughters, Angela Dawn Browning Coleman of Lincoln Park, MI, Anita Streidl (Michael) of Allen Park, MI and Charlene Perez (Carlos) of Detroit, MI; her siblings, Clara Browning Adkins, Tennis Browning (Debra), Wayne Browning (Margie) and Elvie Browning (Gimma); her grandchildren, Savannah Nicole Coleman, Ryan Isaac Carter and Kayla Dawn Coleman; and her niece Deloris Browning Lambert.
