She is survived by: her children, Courtnay Mata (Peter VanHoorn) and Kevin Matthew Mann; her grandchildren, Jasmine Olivia Lynn, Corra-Leigh Nichole, Christian Freelin and Violette Jo Mata; and her brothers, Mike Mullins (Barb), Randy Mullins and Jesse Ray Mullins (Debbie).
