He is survived by: his wife Anna Mullins; his children, William Mullins (Tina), Randy Mullins, Brenda Martin (Jerry) and Donna Lambert (Mike); his sister Erlene Mullins; and his nephew Christopher "Crick" Mullins. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
