She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Maynard and Verdie "Toots" Farley Maynard; and her brothers, Golden Maynard and Roger Maynard. She is survived by: her husband Christopher "Crick" Mullins; her children, Lucille Johnson (Troy), Melissa Maynard, Chalmon Lee "Peanut", Brian "Bennett" Mullins and Lowell Dewayne Farley; her siblings, Bessie Adkins, Herman "Catnip" Maynard (Amy), Ed Maynard (Teresa), Robert Maynard and Norman Maynard; her grandchildren, Justin, Bryon, Trinity, Hunter and Madison; and her close friends, Pam Thompson, Jan Richard, Shelby Nelson and Bess Winters. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
