We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2024, at the age of 76, Carol Vance of Harts, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl "Buster" Toppins and Margie Toppins; her husband Bernard Vance; her daughter Carla Thompson (Al); and her brothers, Jeff "Buck" Toppins and Claude Toppins.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Jenny), Mike (Josie) and Elvie Vance (Lynn); her grandchildren, Tabetha Vance, Brianna Brooks (Caleb), Saleitha Vance (James), Tyler Adkins (Ashley), Mikie Vance (Kendra), Jordan Dean (Nick), Cody Thomas (Camie), Hannah Dotson (Cody) and Garret Vance; her brother Clinton "Bodie" Marcum (Liz); and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Toppins and Wava Toppins. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
