He is survived by: his wife Johnni Harper; his stepson Robert Kelly Harper; his brother Shawn Duty of Gallipolis; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Lane (Monica Staats) of Hartford, WV and Willie Lane Jr. of Middleport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
