He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Holstine and Susan Holstine (Barker); and his siblings, Elmer Holstine, Bessie Garrison, Lillian Poole, Pearl Burr and Evelyn Farmer.
He is survived by: his wife Fonda Holstine (Reed); his daughters, Debbie Koger (Jim) of Akron, OH and Susan Hughes of Canton, OH; his grandsons, William Hughes of Dennison, OH and Joshua Hughes of Canton, OH; and his brothers, Leonard Holstine of Smithville, WV, John Holstine of Parkersburg, WV and Paul Holstine (Linda) of Smithville, WV. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
