He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Fletcher and Mary Ann Fletcher (Homono); his former wife Elaine Davidson Fletcher; his friends, Sam Patton and Timothy Eddy; and his pet Duke.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Jean Fletcher (Maze); his daughter Tawny Fletcher (Jeremiah Smith) of Harrisville, WV; his stepson Aaron Wright of Smithville, WV; his nephew Adam Davidson of Hazelgreen, WV; his siblings, Marilyn Fletcher Smalley-Strawser (Fred) of Sherrodsville, OH, Rose Marie Doyle (Patrick) of Columbus, OH, Carolyn Parr (Neal) of Brillant, OH and Bill Fletcher (Tracey) of Sistersville, WV.; his friends, Mike Cole of Pennsboro, WV, Wilbert McDonald of Smithville, WV, Timmy Workman of Harrisville, WV and Chad Parsons; and his brother Tony Lusk of Pullman, WV.. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
