It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Alkire of Harrisville, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph R. "Tiny" Alkire and Connie Sue Reaser Alkire; his brothers, Ralph Stanley Alkire and Ralph R. "Bub" Alkire, Jr.; and his grandparents, Ralph, Alfarette Alkire, Stanley and Ruby Reaser.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patty Riddle (Curtis Grogg) of Glenville, Mike Alkire of Harrisville and Donna Meadows (Mark) of Richardson, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
