She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Clifford and Chloe Victoria Kerns (Williams); her husband Bradley Gerald Cottrell; her daughter Teresa Lee Cottrell; and her siblings, Eileen Border, Lois Cottrell, Roydice and Bruce Monroe Kerns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Dawn Cottrell (Brad) of Vienna, WV and Amber Brooke Blatt of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Rylee Cottrell and Tyler Whitlach; and her siblings, Gail Clifford Kerns of Harrisville, WV and Sharlene Deborah Dodd of Pullman, WV. She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
