He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Moore and Sadie Ellen Moore (Layfield); his wife Catherine Ann Moore; his siblings, Dale Moore, Opal Stalnaker and Winifred Morris; his siblings-in-law, Pat Moore, Shirley Moore, Bee Stalnaker and Floyd Morris; and his niece Anna Jean Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Moore of Harrisville, WV, Carole Esterline (Toby) of Plainwell, MI and Diane Williams of Orange Park; his grandchildren, Matt Griffin (Chelsey), Eric Esterline (Amy) and Rachel Casner (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Zander, Alieghia, Emersyn and Owen; and his brother Wilbur Moore. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Raiguel Funeral Home (1200 E Main St, Harrisville, WV 26362). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
