She is survived by: her parents, Harry Lee and Nancy Louise Jones Primm; her husband William Carl Phillips; and her siblings, Harry Lee Primm, Jr. (Christy) of Palestine, WV, Pamela Louise Simmons of Mahone and Sherry Lea Simmons of Mahone. She is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; and two great nieces and nephews.
