She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnett Shears and Wanda Stutler Shears; and her siblings, Rita, Beverly Sue, Patricia, James, William, Gene, George Lee, Wayne and David.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Osborne (Randall) of Auburn, Debbie Blankenship (Deno) of Harrisville, Angel Edwards (Ritchie) of Salem, Bill Bailey (Brenda) of Harrisville and Chad Bailey (Candi) of Harrisville; her sister Gertrude Yeager of Shinnston; her close friends, Tara, Donna, Donald, Jeni and Lucky; and her husband Roy J. Bailey. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
