She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Keith and Judy Lora Lockhart Hall. She is survived by: her husband Thomas William Mitchell; her daughters, Tammy Fullerton (Shawn) of Parkersburg and Stacey Anne McGrew of Parkersburg; her stepson Michael Thomas Mitchell (Holly) of Parkersburg; her siblings, Elizabeth Ann Roberts (Gene) of Freeport, WV and Brian Keith Hall of Munday; and her stepsister Melissa Neesmith. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
