He was predeceased by: his parents, Delva Goff and Margaret Kelly Goff; and his wife Mary Katherine Goff. He is survived by: his daughter Alice; and his stepchildren, Robert Bell of Harrisville, WV and Betty Jo Dorsey. He is also survived by four step grandchildren.
