He is survived by: his wife Ardeth L. Haddox; his children, Thomas Bates (Kandy) of Pullman, WV, Aaron Haddox of Pullman, WV and Teresa Haddox; and his nieces and nephews, Eddie, Teresa, Vicky Bartlett, Carl and Jean Mace.
