He is survived by: his daughters, Roberta Newlon (Joe) of Heath, OH and Becky McGuire of Stewart, OH; his grandchildren, Kenneth Steven Holbert, Natasha Farrow and Shianna Holbert; his great grandchildren, Elgha Holbert and Hunter Holbert; his sister Mary Tichnell of Macfarlan, WV; the mother of his children Tina Frederick of Mineral Wells, WV; and his mother-in-law Betty Frederick of Harrisville, WV. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
