He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Robert Hill, Sr. and Waneta Joy Mercer Hill; and his grandparents, Asa Mercer and Joan Mercer. He is survived by: his wife Amy N. Melton Hill; his sister Melanie Hill Ellis (Justin); and his nephews, Jonathan and Patrick.
