He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D. "Dutch" Mullenix and Pauline Cox Mullenix; his brothers-in-law, Mike Murphy and Jon Jay Sommerville; and his parents-in-law, Ray D. and Bernice Sommerville (Hatfield).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Rae Mullenix; his children, Steven Mullenix (Priscilla) of Harrisville, WV, Pam Mossor (Donnie Miracle) of Harrisville, WV and Paul Mullenix (Stacey Byers); his grandchildren, Jennifer Pittman (Mike) of Harrisville, WV, Holly (Chris), Adam (Bethany), Missy Sarine (Willy) of Pennsboro, WV and Jenessa (Clayton Sudder); his sisters, Alice Jean "Peggy" Murphy of Ellenboro, WV, Diana Bircher (Mike Still) of Cairo, WV and Brenda Layfield (Delbert) of Harrisville, WV; and his son-in-law Clay Mossor. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, several cousins.
