With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bub Alkire of Harrisville, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 10, 2021 at the age of 53. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph R. "Tiny" and Connie Sue Reaser Alkire; his brother Ralph Stanley Alkire; and his grandparents, Ralph, Alfarette Alkire, Stanley and Ruby Reaser.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patty Riddle (Curtis Grogg) of Glenville, Mike Alkire of Harrisville, Donna Meadows (Mark) of Arnoldsburg and Steve Alkire of Harrisville; and his close friend Merle Hiley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
